Let’s get fruity for Christmas | 4 Sweet Treats to Try

There’s nothing like treating yourself at Christmas, is there? We certainly do in my household. I mean, I won’t lie – we traditionally start the day munching on chocolate scorched almonds with a cup of tea while the kids open their stockings on our bed first thing in the morning! Chocolate Dipped Fruit:  Aesthetically Instagrammable (thanks to #talinegabriel) and sure to have your guests swooning for more. See other chocolate dipped fruit ideas at Popsugar. Raspberry …

Mixing it up is kind of fun and hard to avoid when your spouse is a die-hard Brit with a penchant for playing ‘Away in a Manger’ and salivating over pigs-in-blankets (mini sausages wrapped in bacon) when it is still only November. While I’m still hankering for a Finnish Christmas in an igloo and visiting Santa’s Grotto under the Northern Lights, this year we will be hosting relatives, playing in the pool and singing ‘Turn on the Air Con’. Whatever you’ll be …
